25 Years of Home Building
Rich and Cindy Kogelschatz, the owners of Heartland Builders, are so thankful to have come this far. Here’s what they said about the incredible, 25-year journey:

I remember back in the early days when Rich and I had date nights where we would attach rigid foam to the exterior of our foundation walls and clean all of the homes.
