This home was inspired by the Mercer floor plan and is perfect for empty nesters.  Make sure you note the zero step entry to the home, the movers appreciated it on day one and our clients will appreciate it for many years to come!  For this family that entertains a lot, the raised bar in the kitchen to hide the mess was a great solution.  Love the natural light in the master bath above the sinks too.  Every blue print is a “you” print and this family definitely put their mark on this home.
