Building and moving into your home is a big deal. But so is the care you put into it after you move in! That’s why we’re so proud to have a warranty process that gives our homeowners peace of mind after you move in. (And once you’re a part of the Heartland Family, we’re ALWAYS there for you – even after your warranty period.)
Some Details About The Warranty Process
- You’re covered for one year after you move in. During that time, your warranty manager will perform a 90-day, 6-month and 11-month walkthrough with you. These visits give you the opportunity to bring up any concerns or issues that you have noticed since moving in. We’re also available any time to assist with emergency situations.
- Our warranty process is more involved than most builders. It’s part of our commitment to our homeowners. Not many builders do multiple scheduled walkthroughs; they usually just show up for major issues.
