Before we tell you about your one-on-one meetings with our interior designer, let’s back up. 

At Heartland Builders, we’re just different. First, our design studios make your life easier. Second, we have an interior designer help our clients with all their selections. And, third, we require our clients to make all of their selections before we break ground.

our design studios save you time, tears and money.

You will meet your interior designer in one place and make all of your selections there. If you choose a builder that doesn’t have a design studio, you will be traveling to the cabinet store, the flooring store, the plumbing store, the tile store, the hardware store, the countertop store, the lighting store, and maybe back to some of those places more than once. Think about the time savings of meeting one on one with our interior designer in our design studio. 

WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR SELECTIONS BEFORE YOU BREAK GROUND ON YOUR HOME:

  • You know the cost of your home before you break ground.
  • If you don’t make your selections until you are already building your home, you won’t know the cost of your home until the end.
  • We can design your home around your selections. If you wait to make your selections until the home is underway, you are going to be “boxed in,” and the blueprint may not match your selections. 
  • You help ensure availability of the material when it is time to install the product. This helps make sure you move into your home sooner. 
  • All of these help minimize Change Orders (and surprises).
