At Heartland Builders, we believe that every blueprint is a “you print,” which means any of our distinctive plans can be completely customized to fit your needs, down to a T. After all, there’s no place like (your) home!
Join us for a different kind of open house, where we’ll showcase three variations on our popular Madison plan. Though each under-construction home is a Madison, they’ve been modified to fit the needs of three different families. Take a look at the homes (and their unique customizations!) below:
Madison Home 1:
Changed back entry area
Took out walls in the office for the dining room
Chose a much larger island!
Added third stall and access from back yard

Side-load garage

Master bedroom has two walk-in closets
Madison Home 3:
Moved the stairway
Moved office and made it smaller
Changed mudroom around (has a cat room)!
Larger pantry
Moved one of the bedrooms into the lower level
Master bedroom and guest bedroom on same side of home
