They always had our back . Some issues came up with the neighbors during the process but they went out of their way to ensure our new neighbors’ issues were taken care of quickly and equitably. Overall we would recommend Heartland as a builder. They had good processes for each step. When we didn’t have enough in house options, we were given external options/stores to go to. (Example: kitchen cabinets). When we discovered an issue during the build, they were quick to provide a resolution.
