The fixed price of your home is guaranteed if we start construction within 45 days of signing your construction agreement. *
Time
LATE DELIVERY? $100/DAY IN YOUR POCKET.
Heartland Builders will give you $100/day if your home isn’t ready on The Home Handover Date provided after framing is complete. *

- Weekly communication in writing during the construction process **
- Two-step homeowner orientation process
- Triple play warranty program where we are proactive with taking care of your warranty needs

* This excludes variable items such as concealed or unforeseen conditions, utility charges, municipality issues, banking issues, regulatory compliance and approval issues, weather delays, client delays in decisions, and payment or providing client information because these costs are outside builder control.
