MAKING YOUR VISION A REALITY

First, we want to understand your vision. Then, it is up to us to work with the municipality concerning set back requirements and lot coverage ratios, utility companies and easements, water and sewer connections or, perhaps, fitting in a well and septic system.

3D DESIGN

After knowing your dream and others’ boundaries, we begin the design process together with you and before it’s over you will see your home in 3D and how it sits on your land.

Before we start, we will communicate with your neighbors. We also recommend you connect with local non-profit organizations to deconstruct and repurpose any materials before demolition. The existing structure and its history deserve our respect.

CONSTRUCTION

During construction, our goals are to continue to be a good neighbor, work with municipal officials to meet their requirements and share with you the excitement of building your home or cottage.

Once we are finished you will have a safe, energy efficient home that improves the value of the community and future of you and your family.
