We hire a national, third-party firm to assist us in collecting client feedback in order to get a more objective view of the work we do.

Every score is important because it reflects our clients’ satisfaction, of course, but the Likely to Recommend score is a summary of all the work we do for a client, and we are very proud of our 96% satisfaction score.
