To begin, one of our new home consultants will guide you through our process of building a home so you know exactly what to expect from us. You will leave this first meeting with plenty of information, including a tentative price for your new home.
Look for our LAKESHORE DESIGN STUDIO grand opening in HOLLAND IN the fall of 2025.

HEARTLAND BUILDERS HAS TWO DESIGN STUDIOS:
GRAND RAPIDS AND HOLLAND – YOUR CHOICE OF LOCATION!
You won’t need to travel for miles looking high and low for door knobs and tile while going through the selections part of our building process because our design studios are a one-stop shop for every detail that makes a new house a beautiful and special home.
If you’re unsure of which design studio to visit, Heartland builds within a 75-mile radius of our main office. There is some geographic overlap between the Grand Rapids and Holland design studios, so if you live in between them, you can choose which one to go to. We love them both. Below is a map that shows the areas we serve. If you are thinking about building just outside our service area, call us – in case we are available to serve you.
